We are all healers with a capacity to not only heal our bodies, our mental/emotional states and our relationships, but also our children, pets and home. I teach people the techniques to do seemingly miraculous things, like take charge of their health and well-being. There's nothing miraculous about taking care of yourself but it does take practice.
Energy healing falls under the Simple Not Easy category. I mean really - we already know our inner critic, inner child, inner teacher, inner disciplinarian. Isn't it time we nurtured our inner healer?
Energy healing is a skill much like playing the piano, or any musical instrument. It's something you get better at with practice but practice you must. Almost immediately you'll see progress, like the ability to create ideal inner states during stressful times, break self-destructive patterns and improve relationships - music for the soul.
The healing part is what keeps us motivated to consistently practice. With an effective self-healing system you become increasingly sensitive to your emotional body's feedback - presenting Your. Inner. Healer. You also get to decide what goes and what stays - we're talking unresolved issues from long ago and far away. I can't feel those for you and I can't decide what you should keep or toss. Well, I can and many "healers" do but it's not sustainable. You will continue to struggle because the truly permanent and sustaining healing must ultimately come from you.
Skillful self-healing techniques range from imagery to mindful movements to positive self-talk - sensory exercises that teach you how to feel, to be okay with feeling and do something about those feelings that keep you stuck in love, in health and in life. Energy healing is the ultimate self-care practice. All you need to learn is how to read your body and play the music of life.
To be the change you wish to see, you've got to feel it in your bones.
