Thoughtful self-care is a necessary practice for anyone who wants to experience more energy, greater well-being, and a richer, more meaningful life.
~ Lizette Ayala, Health Educator, Therapeutic Movement Instructor, Energy Health Coach
Sensory integration exercises with intentions to well-being are designed to create emotional and physical balance. With consistent practice, we are drawn to understand our body's reaction to chronic stress, that physical tension that halts digestion, forces a sped-up heart rate, and makes it difficult to consider thoughtful responses.
Mind-body therapies, like Energy Health Coaching remind us that we are more than our struggles. We are, in fact, part of an evolving global community and that everyone's energy matters! We forget that in the presence of chronic stress and physical and emotional dis-ease. We also forget that we can manage our own emotional state, that part that nourishes all other parts of who we are. Energy Health Coaching will remind you how much your energy matters and will help you make optimal health, vitality and well-being accessible and sustainable.
The Energy Health Coaching delivers thoughtful self-care tools that allow you to take charge of stress patterns that interfere with quality of life. This program employs effective, practical strategies to identify energy-draining triggers so that you may adopt healthier routines and habits. Created by Lizette Ayala, with a practice of teaching, training, coaching, and guiding people of all ages in the movement arts, mindfulness, meditation and health coaching since 2002.
