Condition your body intelligently while reducing stress and enjoying a richer life off the mat. A blend of Yoga, Pilates and Therapeutic Movements are thoughtfully integrated to give you the workout you need whether you're new to exercise, recovering from an injury or training for a triathlon.
Yoga Camp - July 30th 9:00am - 12:30pm
This Yoga Camp for adults will start with an outdoor walking meditation (9am-9:30) followed by an indoor Gentle Flow class using resistant and passive stretches, balance and breathing exercises (9:30-10:45). We'll then break for tea (provided) and discuss the theme (Movement) through writing prompts and conversation. Come to exercise your inner writer, poet and healer. The themes are open to any and all interpretations for lively conversation. Camp will conclude with a light Summer fare, creative writing and joyful connections. Bring a mat, blocks, straps, a notebook, and a dish to share (optional). $35/half day.
