    Well-Being Coach

    Teaching the joy of the movement since 2002, Lizette is now stepping up her game and you're the winner! She focuses her Health and Well-Being coaching on thoughtful self-management, meaningful goals, and creativity galore as a path to well-being. Check out her workshops which reinforce contemplative self-care techniques for you, groups, and families - yes, even the kids can learn some fun self-regulation exercises. As an active researcher of positive psychology, health behaviors and well-being studies, Lizette emphasizes thoughtful physical and mental conditioning for sustainable goals and personal effectiveness because you rock, I rock, we all rock! She is a certified Well-Being Coach, a discipline whose engine is positive psychology, mindfulness, and interpersonal communication. As a certified RYT-500 Yoga Instructor and Pilates Instructor, Lizette coaches people to re-frame stress, change chronic patterns, and move gracefully in their essence. Lizette’s training style is practical, evidence-based, and grounded while being highly accessible - anyone can make notable improvements in health and well-being.
