What is Energy Health Coaching?
Energy Health Coaching is an integrated self-healing and self-management system. This practical mind-body therapy has origins in yoga therapy and ancient healing systems, like Reiki and Shinkiko. Many of its features can be found in modern coaching systems, positive psychology and holistic mediation programs. EHC is accessible to anyone who wants to improve their health, relationships, status, and well-being through multi-sensory exercises and thoughtful self-awareness.
How does it work?
The first session is usually focused on relieving stress and countering triggers. Whatever your goal is - to lose stubborn weight, relieve ptsd or grief symptoms, pass an important exam, or to heal a chronic condition that hasn't budged with modern medicine - there is usually stress and anxiety involved which fuels emotional and physical pain/discomfort. Working through that tension is important. Then we go through a series of integrated sensory exercises to get you into the four phases of healing - from Discovery (the roots of current pattern or dis-ease) to Embody (how you want to feel instead). Every session is different as healing from long-standing energy-draining issues typically carries many layers.
can I really heal?
My clients are highly motivated to change their inner state on command, break patterns and reach their goals. They come to me because they know they can do more to help themselves with an issue that no longer serves them. We work together to strengthen their inner healer, inner doctor and inner mentor. Why should I work With you?
I have over 15 years of studying, researching, teaching, and practicing the art of using sensory integration, vibrational healing and mindful movements to break energy-draining habits and patterns. Having first hand experience of feeling dis-empowered, I can wholeheartedly relate to the stress and anxiety that comes with not understanding how to manage uncomfortable emotions that appear to come from nowhere and make you sabotage your health and well-being. Also, my training is a blend of holistic and traditional coaching methods from the healing and movement arts, valuable skills for teaching one how to feel whole, strong and empowered with practical exercises and in a language you understand. My coaching style is geared towards step-by-step exercises to help remove stress triggers, extinguish self-sabotage and sustain optimal health and well-being.
